Welcome to Acw, meaning “there” in welsh, but we like to think more along the lines of “A Cosy Welcome”

Acw is located in the heart of Llanbedr Village. It is ideally placed for enjoying the delights of Snowdonia National Park, with its excellent range of outdoor pursuits, historic castles, beautiful beaches and family attractions.

The property is a very comfortable family home. Its separate kitchen and dining room makes this the perfect property to celebrate a special family occasion or to enjoy the choice of many things to do in the beautiful area.

It has 4 large bedrooms comprising of 2 family rooms which each have a king-size bed and a set of bunks. All bedrooms have televisions. The other 2 large bedrooms each have king-size beds and a comfortable seating area where you may feel like kicking back, relaxing or even watching a bit of TV. Bed linen provided.

The lounge area is very comfortable, it makes a great spot to spend quality time with your family. The smart TV providing your entertainment also.

There are 4 bathrooms that serve Acw. 2 large family bathrooms (1 includes a large bath for a relaxing soak) and 2 en-suites perfectly placed for rinsing down after a day at the beach. Towels for bathing provided.

Spend your mornings out in the enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property where your little ones can play safely. You’ll also find seating where you can enjoy a drink for those balmy summer evenings.
